Who We Are Looking For?
We welcome new and experienced travel advisors, you don't have to have extensive personal travel experience or a strong sales background but must be willing to always continue to learn.
This position is independent and home based. A computer, high speed internet and a smart phone are all recommended to best serve your clients.
Currently we are looking for the following specialists:

​
A strong work ethic and possessing the drive to grow a book of clients is essential for this position.
Professional communication skills, both oral and written, is expected. First class customer service is always expected.
​
Excellent research, planning, sales, and organizational skills with the ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple trips.
​
We believe that you learn through doing (or seeing). You must have an active passport or be able to get one so that you can experience the destinations yourself.
​
Must be comfortable and have the ability to learn new technology. You must be comfortable and familiar with using the internet, our Client Relationship Manager (CRM), various travel applications, and social media.
A social media presence is important in this position but strong personal and professional contacts may substitute.
​
We strongly encourage personal traveling so that you can gain the experience of the destinations and resorts you want to sell. You can also earn scholarships to travel and learn after your first year with the agency.
